Narrative:
On the arrival route the two 'left+right hydraulic pressure' annunciation lights illuminated. For the duration of the flight they went on/off intermittently while during the last 5 minutes of the flight finally went to solid 'on'. The hydraulic pressure was zero. I notified approach control of the emergency condition. I shot the ILS via vectors. I emergency extended the landing gear per the quick reference handbook without incident. I received 'three green indication' upon doing so. I landed without further incident.

For the duration of the flight they went on/off intermittently while during the last 5 minutes of the flight finally went to solid 'on'. The hydraulic pressure was zero. I notified Approach control of the emergency condition. I shot the ILS via vectors. I emergency extended the landing gear per the Quick Reference Handbook without incident. I received 'Three Green Indication' upon doing so. I landed without further incident.
