Narrative:

There is a lack of procedure when making the standard right downwind departure out of oak on 27R. The tower will instruct to cross north of lake chabot. There are no written procedures for pilots after passing lake chabot. If I am going to mry, I am instructed to contact approach on 135.4. What I do, if he is busy, is assume my own navigation toward mry, which is a south heading after lake chabot. I, of course, am very aware of the TCA. Until I have contact with approach and have gotten a TCA clearance, I stay headed toward mry. Apparently on this day of the report, I did receive a clearance into the TCA, but apparently the controller I was handed off to on 121.3 did not know of my TCA clearance. This happened twice in 1 day, and there was enough concern that I submit this report. I think I was ok, but there was confusion on the controller's side. All I want to say is that in this day of congested frequencys, a standard arsa departure (like out of oak) should include published procedures to follow beyond simply the point where the tower drops you off to a loaded frequency. I am a cargo pilot on a schedule. I was to proceed toward mry, not stockton after lake chabot. Assuming my own navigation puts me in the middle of a lot of traffic, and I am tired first officer being yelled at for simply trying to fly on my own legally!!!

Title: POSSIBLE UNAUTH ENTRY INTO SFO TCA. POSSIBLE PLT DEVIATION.

Narrative: THERE IS A LACK OF PROC WHEN MAKING THE STANDARD RIGHT DOWNWIND DEP OUT OF OAK ON 27R. THE TWR WILL INSTRUCT TO CROSS N OF LAKE CHABOT. THERE ARE NO WRITTEN PROCS FOR PLTS AFTER PASSING LAKE CHABOT. IF I AM GOING TO MRY, I AM INSTRUCTED TO CONTACT APCH ON 135.4. WHAT I DO, IF HE IS BUSY, IS ASSUME MY OWN NAV TOWARD MRY, WHICH IS A S HDG AFTER LAKE CHABOT. I, OF COURSE, AM VERY AWARE OF THE TCA. UNTIL I HAVE CONTACT WITH APCH AND HAVE GOTTEN A TCA CLRNC, I STAY HEADED TOWARD MRY. APPARENTLY ON THIS DAY OF THE RPT, I DID RECEIVE A CLRNC INTO THE TCA, BUT APPARENTLY THE CTLR I WAS HANDED OFF TO ON 121.3 DID NOT KNOW OF MY TCA CLRNC. THIS HAPPENED TWICE IN 1 DAY, AND THERE WAS ENOUGH CONCERN THAT I SUBMIT THIS RPT. I THINK I WAS OK, BUT THERE WAS CONFUSION ON THE CTLR'S SIDE. ALL I WANT TO SAY IS THAT IN THIS DAY OF CONGESTED FREQS, A STANDARD ARSA DEP (LIKE OUT OF OAK) SHOULD INCLUDE PUBLISHED PROCS TO FOLLOW BEYOND SIMPLY THE POINT WHERE THE TWR DROPS YOU OFF TO A LOADED FREQ. I AM A CARGO PLT ON A SCHEDULE. I WAS TO PROCEED TOWARD MRY, NOT STOCKTON AFTER LAKE CHABOT. ASSUMING MY OWN NAV PUTS ME IN THE MIDDLE OF A LOT OF TFC, AND I AM TIRED FO BEING YELLED AT FOR SIMPLY TRYING TO FLY ON MY OWN LEGALLY!!!
