Narrative:

Crj-900 aircraft returned to the gate with an apparent nose gear issue. After it was parked; the captain performed his walk-around and noticed a large flashlight jammed into the torque links of the nose gear. The aircraft had come in earlier as an inbound which I parked. During my walk around I didn't notice anything unusual with the nose gear as we really don't thoroughly check the under carriage. Especially with this aircraft since the nose gear sits really close to ground.
