Narrative:
I was working local and ground. Small aircraft Y was turning left base runway 13 cleared for touch and go. I put air carrier X into position on runway 9. I cleared air carrier X for takeoff. I looked back to find small aircraft Y and saw him airborne approaching the midfield. Just as I was ready to key the microphone, air carrier X called to say he was aborting takeoff.

Narrative: I WAS WORKING LCL AND GND. SMA Y WAS TURNING LEFT BASE RWY 13 CLRED FOR TOUCH AND GO. I PUT ACR X INTO POSITION ON RWY 9. I CLRED ACR X FOR TKOF. I LOOKED BACK TO FIND SMA Y AND SAW HIM AIRBORNE APCHING THE MIDFIELD. JUST AS I WAS READY TO KEY THE MICROPHONE, ACR X CALLED TO SAY HE WAS ABORTING TKOF.
