Narrative:

We were on profile and over the river when we received an 'obstacle; obstacle; pull up' alert. We followed the procedure; and told ATC we were going around due to a GPS alert. They gave us vectors for another approach. We flew slightly above the profile approximately 300 ft higher on the second approach and landed without incident.I believe we were right where we were supposed to be; so I don't know [what preventative measures to suggest]. Possibly raise the altitude target to 1100 instead of 900 over the bridge.
