First officer flying departure, cleared to 17000', heading 180 degrees. While accelerating at 10000', captain sighted twin engine turbo jet small transport, right to left, crossing tracks. Other aircraft at about 11000'. No evasive action necessary. If our aircraft had been climbing a little higher, evasive action would have been necessary.
