Narrative:

[I] had a trim runaway. On final; at 1200 feet; with the auto pilot; yaw damper and flight director off; the aural 'trim runaway' warning was heard and the red cas message appeared. I; PIC (pilot monitoring) immediately hit the trim interrupt switch and took the controls from the sic (pilot flying). By the time I had handed the QRH to the sic; we were at ~800 feet and decided that the safest course of action was to just land. We landed without further incident. After landing with the engine still running; we ran the QRH 'trim runaway' checklist; and discovered that the primary pitch trim continued to run nose up. We notified maintenance control; and cancelled our next flight. No emergency was declared; and no deviations or emergency services were required.
