Narrative:
Flow control called down the area last night. They said that there was going to be jamming. I would expect everyone involved in GPS jamming; and rocket launches; and parachute jumping activity and every other special activity that affects users of the NAS to understand how notams work. I cannot believe that our facility continues to 'try to accommodate;' special activity users by letting them do their activities outside of the notamed times. This in completely unacceptable that we have to continue to fight with management and look like we're being difficult when we just want them to follow the rules.
