Narrative:
While enroute [the] pics pfd; mfd; TCAS; autopilot; yaw damper; ground prox; and FMS failed. Crew ran checklist for an iac [integrated avionics computer] failure; and [the recovery] of instruments [was] successful. With no autopilot; yaw damper; flight director and FMS available; and with the lack of knowledge of why the iac would fail; crew declared an emergency and requested vectors to...the nearest suitable airport with VFR conditions while most of the region was covered with thick clouds; low ceilings and rain. Descent; approach; landing and roll out were executed with no further issues.
