Narrative:

An it worker remotely logged on to my computer and began moving things around and interrupting my work. I did not receive a phone call regarding this and I was working on releases and looking at updated forecasts at the time. The it worker was moving windows and opening programs while I was working; this could have resulted in a loss of operational control and/or a flight being released/amended in error.the it worker accessed the dispatch computer without warning or permission and removed computer control from the dispatcher.it must contact the dispatcher before considering a remote log in. It must verify if it is acceptable and operationally responsible to perform it work at that time.
