Narrative:
On preflight; first officer noted 5 missing screws. Maintenance signed them off reflecting all had been replaced. During the postflight; first officer and captain noted one of the screws which had been signed off as replaced was missing. Photo taken on postflight of missing screw; but could not attach here using ipad. Advised maintenance of missing screw; repeat gripe.
