Narrative:

Mlt was given takeoff clearance, then a veh was cleared across the departure end of the runway before the mlt passed the veh. The mlt was airborne approximately 100' when the veh crossed. The veh was asked to proceed off the runway. I was distracted by the fdio equipment. This was caused by human error. To prevent a recurrence, move the fdio keyboard whenever flight data is combined with ground control so you can easily look at the traffic instead of having to turn away from it to make entries. This situation occurred because of lack of communication and concentration.

THE VEH WAS ASKED TO PROCEED OFF THE RWY. I WAS DISTRACTED BY THE FDIO EQUIP. THIS WAS CAUSED BY HUMAN ERROR. TO PREVENT A RECURRENCE, MOVE THE FDIO KEYBOARD WHENEVER FLT DATA IS COMBINED WITH GND CTL SO YOU CAN EASILY LOOK AT THE TFC INSTEAD OF HAVING TO TURN AWAY FROM IT TO MAKE ENTRIES.
