Narrative:

Day before incident plane was on jacks and I performed emergency gear extension. Gear switch was left in gear up position. All checklists were followed prior to takeoff. Checklist did not include inspection of gear switch. On takeoff approximately at 50 knots indicated air speed; air/ [ground] switch closed gear circuit resulting in gear retracting before flying airspeed achieved. To correct situation 1. 'Check gear position' added to checklist. 2. Airspeed switch be calibrated to activate 10 knots above rotation speed.
