Narrative:
On this date I was the international relief officer of this flight. I have been made aware that QRH's were for the wrong engine type. My duties did not include preflighting the QRH's. I do not know flight publications procedures for updating and placing publications in the aircraft. I would recommend a review of the their procedures. The flight was in no danger due to there being three kits on the aircraft which had aom's; which include proper procedures for each engine type. None of the crew had ever heard of this happening before. I believe that this may have led to complacency in checking the QRH. I recommend different color covers to help distinguish the QRH and more vigilance by crews.
