Narrative:
While performing a flight review with a private pilot; on touchdown after the second landing the left wheel became locked; causing the plane to veer off the runway into the grass. After inspecting the plane; it appeared that the wheel fairing had come loose and caused the wheel to lock. At the time; the private pilot was acting as pilot in command and was in control of the aircraft.

Title: Instructor; performing a flight review; reports a runway excursion during landing when the left wheel fairing comes loose and locks the wheel.
Narrative: While performing a flight review with a private pilot; on touchdown after the second landing the left wheel became locked; causing the plane to veer off the runway into the grass.
