Narrative:
Atx X was coordinated for release on runway 6 at XX02Z. Atx Y was coordinated for release on runway 6 at XX04Z. Atx X departed runway 36 instead of runway 6 and made a right turn to dec VOR. I missed the runway 36 departure and cleared atx Y for takeoff on runway 6. I was able to use visual separation between the 2 aircraft.

Title: ATX WAS CLEARED FOR TKOF AND DEPARTED THE WRONG RWY AND LATER CONFLICTED WITH ANOTHER DEP ACFT.
Narrative: ATX X WAS COORDINATED FOR RELEASE ON RWY 6 AT XX02Z. ATX Y WAS COORDINATED FOR RELEASE ON RWY 6 AT XX04Z. ATX X DEPARTED RWY 36 INSTEAD OF RWY 6 AND MADE A RIGHT TURN TO DEC VOR. I MISSED THE RWY 36 DEP AND CLRED ATX Y FOR TKOF ON RWY 6. I WAS ABLE TO USE VISUAL SEPARATION BETWEEN THE 2 ACFT.
