Narrative:
Aircraft Y departed northwest bound from the airport. Aircraft X was on 2 mile final when aircraft Y requested radar termination. I asked what his on course heading would be he responded; '070 degrees.' at this point I saw he was turning northeast bound and instructed him to fly heading 330. Aircraft X stated he was going around responding to an RA. Aircraft Y was approximately one mile northwest of aircraft X flying away from them. There was never a loss of any separation.helicopter departure routes. We have them for general aviation small airplanes why not helicopters?
