Narrative:
I issued a clearance for air carrier X to climb to FL350. Air carrier xx was the aircraft that requested the altitude change who I thought I had given the clearance to. Air carrier X reached approximately FL325 before being descended. Sep was lost with another aircraft (air carrier Y) 6 mins in front at FL330.

Title: THE WRONG ACR WITH A SIMILAR CALL SIGN AS ANOTHER ACR WAS ISSUED A CLIMB CLRNC RESULTING IN LESS THAN STANDARD SEPARATION OVER THE OCEAN.
Narrative: I ISSUED A CLRNC FOR ACR X TO CLIMB TO FL350. ACR XX WAS THE ACFT THAT REQUESTED THE ALT CHANGE WHO I THOUGHT I HAD GIVEN THE CLRNC TO. ACR X REACHED APPROX FL325 BEFORE BEING DSNDED. SEP WAS LOST WITH ANOTHER ACFT (ACR Y) 6 MINS IN FRONT AT FL330.
