Narrative:
Stable at 500 ft [we] went below glideslope. Around 400 ft; got 'glideslope' GPWS alert; while correcting. Glideslope recaptured before minimums; continued approach to safe landing. Go-around was not called. Poor scan by pilot flying and poor back-up by pilot not flying and relief pilot. 'Go-around' if any major deviations are experienced inside the stable approach parameters.
