Narrative:
Aircraft crossed an active runway due to my issuing him the wrong runway. Contributing factors were additional traffic and services. When aircraft was taxied out, I was briefing the clearance delivery controller so positions could be split (ground control, clearance delivery, flight data). I did not see the aircraft cross the runway because I was amending his flight progress strip. He called holding short of the next runway and I realized he had crossed.

Narrative: ACFT CROSSED AN ACTIVE RWY DUE TO MY ISSUING HIM THE WRONG RWY. CONTRIBUTING FACTORS WERE ADDITIONAL TFC AND SVCS.
