Narrative:

During the descent the autopilot cycled from the left to the right autopilot repeatedly; and then failed. I hand flew the aircraft and noticed that the trim for both the aileron and rudder were frozen in place. Neither pilot was able to move the trim wheels. Pitch trim was unaffected. I had full control of aileron; rudder; and elevator but only pitch trim. We landed without further incident. During taxi into the ramp; the trim controls came unstuck but still required more force than normal to move. Check all three trim controls for full movement before departure.
