Narrative:

[We] received erroneous takeoff configuration warning when thrust levers advanced for takeoff. Immediately discontinued takeoff at approximately 30 KIAS and taxied clear of runway. Configuration appeared correct - flaps set at 1; led's set for takeoff; stab trim set at 6.06; speed brake lever down; parking brake off. [We] recycled flap lever; speed brake lever; and trim. Visually inspected spoiler position to confirm spoilers stowed. Momentarily advanced thrust levers to ensure takeoff configuration horn and lights indicating proper configuration. Received no further warnings and all indications were normal during second takeoff attempt.
