Engine 3 oil pressure exceeded high limitation and N2 RPM rolled back to zero. Engine shutdown procedures followed; no fuel dumped; emergency declared with enroute divert. Uneventful engine inoperative approach and landing at a divert airport. Normal taxi into ramp where no external evidence of engine malfunction.

Title: A DC-10 Engine 3 Oil Pressure exceeded the high limit and subsequently N2 rolled back to zero; so the engine was shutdown; an emergency declared and the flight diverted.
