Narrative:

Originally cleared ont to den via pomona 2 daggett transition as filed. After departing ont, departure control reclred us to turn approximately 260 degree, then cleared direct to daggett climb maintain FL140. They maintain clearance was pom VOR-daggett transition to climb maintain FL140. After we turned toward dag via omega, departure questioned our heading and intentions. Then reclred us direct dag VOR. The pomona 2 departure is not a normal routing for our flts operating to denver. Also I have been told ATC has at least one to two routing problems out of ontario, weekly.
