Narrative:
An embraer phenom 100 was inbound to ZZZ at 8;000 feet. I meant to descend him to 6;000 feet but I incorrectly issued 4;000 feet putting him in conflict with a ZZZ1 departure. Recommendation; work on hearback/readback clearances.
Original NASA ASRS Text
Title: TRACON Controller issued a descent to 4;000; thinking he was issuing 6;000. Missed the read back and lost separation.
