Narrative:

When clearing customs at bfi, customs agent conducted a ramp check or air worthiness and registration. The aircraft is being operated on a pink slip registration dated 04/thu/89. This agent said it is prohibited to operate internationally on a pink slip. He also cited far 91.27A.2. This regulation I can find and find no prohibition to international operations on pink slip. 14 crash fire rescue equipment 47.31, 33, 35 have not been located.
