Narrative:
Passing FL200; master caution illuminated for engine driven hydraulic pump #2 low pressure light. QRH procedure accomplished. I decided a return to the departure airport was in order due to this aircraft's recent maintenance history of hydraulic problems. I declared an emergency and requested a return. We landed without incident. Airfield rescue and fire fighters reported fluid leaking from the #2 engine. We shut down the #2 engine and taxied to the gate.
