Narrative:
On departure; partial electrical failure was experienced. Landing gear was unable to fully extend given that the landing gear is electrically driven. The gear was manually extended. I entered the traffic pattern; followed aim recommended and local lost comm. Procedures; and landed uneventfully. The aircraft was towed to the ramp given the uncertainty of the gear being fully locked in the down position.

I entered the traffic pattern; followed AIM recommended and local lost comm. procedures; and landed uneventfully. The aircraft was towed to the ramp given the uncertainty of the gear being fully locked in the DOWN position.
