Narrative:

Taxiing to runway 35R on taxiway D; the ILS critical area painted markings on the taxiway are incorrect. The markings on the ground are those of runway boundary/hold short not those for an ILS critical area. There are also wig-wag lights on and flashing at the ILS critical area and not at the actual runway boundary. These non-standard markings are very confusing. Sdf needs to remove the wig-wag lights and paint the correct markings on the ground at the boundary of the ILS critical area.
