Narrative:

Flying my sailplane southbound; I encountered sink over ZZZ. ZZZ would not give me clearance to land; so I declared an emergency and landed without incident. There was nothing on my current sectional to indicate that I could not land at ZZZ. My ground crew arrived within an hour and we dismantled the sailplane and loaded it into the trailer. After signing about 3 forms; we departed.
