Narrative:

[I was] cleared for the visual runway 08. CTAF according to data on GPS was 123.00. [I was] broadcasting in the blind on cavu day. Short final [I] observed float plane crossing active runway. I immediately [conducted] go-around to left downwind pattern altitude. Floatplane pilot contacted me on 123.00 and said current active CTAF was 122.975. Reviewed in foreflight app on ipad and confirmed. Jeppesen chart error apparently. My error for not cross checking. No harm no foul as detection of aircraft on runway in plenty of time for evasive action.
