Narrative:

Upon taxi past base of burbank tower and intersection of 7/25 up taxiway a we heard long beach ground control issue instructions to aircraft relative to runway 7/25 on 123.9. We informed burbank ground control of the long beach ground control transmission interference and they replied they were not aware of them. This is a potentially dangerous situation due to both airports having runways 7/25. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following: the bleed through from lgb ground control to aircraft on bur went on all the month of april. I have not flown into bur since then. I called my union rep and he has talked with lgb and I understand now that the fbi has gotten into the picture because of bogus ground control instructions received by various pilots.

CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH REPORTER REVEALED THE FOLLOWING: THE BLEED THROUGH FROM LGB GND CTL TO ACFT ON BUR WENT ON ALL THE MONTH OF APRIL. I HAVE NOT FLOWN INTO BUR SINCE THEN. I CALLED MY UNION REP AND HE HAS TALKED WITH LGB AND I UNDERSTAND NOW THAT THE FBI HAS GOTTEN INTO THE PICTURE BECAUSE OF BOGUS GND CTL INSTRUCTIONS RECEIVED BY VARIOUS PLTS.
