Narrative:

The other pilot and I performed a flight control functional (fcf) check after an aileron change. During his walkaroud; the other pilot confirmed that the ailerons were bussed together. During a subsequent inspection of the new (right) aileron; although not specifically checking for proper bussing of the ailerons; I am convinced that the ailerons were in fact bussed together. All required flight checks were performed enroute. No deviations were noted. The aircraft was signed off and returned to service. At some point in time after return to service; the ailerons became 'unbussed.'
