Narrative:

Air carrier X checked on frequency descending to FL330. I acknowledged his call and restated his assigned altitude, then advised him of traffic at 9 O'clock, FL310. At approximately XX29 I observed air carrier X at FL328; advised him that mode C indicated 200' low and asked him to verify altitude. Air carrier X advised me that he had missed leveling at FL330 and was climbing back up to FL330. By this time C/a had activated and air carrier X was indicating FL320 about 3 NM from air carrier Y, who was level at FL310.
