While on approach into ZZZZ there was a minor speed deviation that caused the flap load relief system to retract the flaps from 30 degrees to 25 degrees. I was on a visual approach at the time. I was flying the aircraft (captain).

Narrative: While on approach into ZZZZ there was a minor speed deviation that caused the flap load relief system to retract the flaps from 30 degrees to 25 degrees. I was on a visual approach at the time. I was flying the aircraft (Captain).
