Narrative:

On pushback; ATC issued a runway change. After pushback; we re-ran the numbers for new runway assignment and re-ran the before push checklist. Because we ran a checklist; we failed to run the next checklist because we are not in the habit of running two checklists. While taxiing; the captain did the throttle burst [check] and noticed an incorrect flap configuration. We stopped the plane and correctly ran all flows and checklists. We took off without incident. 'Don't reply to ATC until engine is started and all flows and checklists are completed.'
