Narrative:

During the approach arrival to dfw of flight xx, apr/wed/1989, we were vectored to the south and given several altitude changes. The radio was extremely busy and at no time did we deviate from a clearance that we heard and read back. Also there was no indication at anytime by the center that we had done so. Our first notification of a possible deviation was mon/apr/1989.
