Narrative:

The clearance received from salina ground was 'cleared as filed maintain 13 thousand contact kansas city center 134.9 squawk acdf.' after takeoff, called ZKC at 2400' MSL and they requested an identify. At 6200' MSL ZKC inquired what present altitude was. We advised them. They wanted to know who cleared us above 5000'. I told them it was salina ground who issued clearance. The attached is of the takeoff data sheet for the flight and the clearance notation as it was issued by salina ground controller.
