Narrative:

After departing orl heading wsw at 1000' AGL, about 10 mins into the flight I noticed a banner towing bi-plane on a collision course with me. I descended approximately 300', when out of nowhere came 2 helicopter's one of which reported my aircraft below 'VFR mins' to mco approach. According to far 91.3, the action taken was to the 'extent required to' avoid a midair with the banner tower. In the future I think it best to use flight following so as to get traffic called out. My see and avoid scan is good, and with all that traffic in this outer ring of the arsa, it's almost impossible to see everyone, from now on 'contact approach controller.' ps: I don't know what the helicopter reported to approach control. I heard it from another source.
