Narrative:
Aircraft developed electrical failure approximately 30 minutes prior to landing. After checking sectional; pilot elected to continue to destination rather than landing at an unfamiliar field with unknown maintenance facilities and emergency response. While transponder with mode C was operational on departure; it is unknown if it continued to function until landing. Pilot entered mode C veil and proceeded for landing. At no time did aircraft enter or under-fly class B airspace.
