Narrative:

I had been in contact with ATC facs all during the flight down the east coast of fl from melbourne south and had been given a discrete transponder code, XXXX (the plane has an encoding altimeter) and told to maintain VFR. At palm beach, approach control had me fly direct over the airport at 2000', then gave me a heading and said to continue south along the coast. At approximately boca raton, palm beach told me to contact mia approach on 119.7 which I did. Mia acknowledged my contact and asked my intentions. I said that I wanted to go to fxe and land there. They asked me to squawk YYYY. I changed codes and pushed 'identify.' mia then advised radar contact 3 mi south of boca raton. The next mia transmission stated that fxe airport was 10 mi, gave the fxe altimeter setting and instructed me to contact fxe tower on 120.9. I contacted fxe tower and was given a heading. From then on it was total confusion. First a woman's voice gave me instruction to one thing. Then a man's voice said to do something else. All instructions were for xx when I attempted to verify that I was in fact the xx for which instructions were intended, the response was curt and just restated the instructions. I was fairly certain that there was another xx in the same airspace. The end result was that I ended up in fll airspace. I was given instructions to change frequency to 119.3 which I did. I was then given a north heading and told to again contact fxe tower on 120.9. I did and requested landing instructions. The rapid transmission was hard to understand and sounded like clearance to land on runway 8. I called back and using my full call sign again asked verification of landing clearance. It was given angrily and I landed west/O incident. Upon clearing the runway, I contacted ground and received taxi instructions to tie down facs. This was my first visit to fort lauderdale.

Title: WHILE BEING RADAR VECTORED FOR LNDG REPORTER ACFT INADVERTENTLY ENTERED CONTROLLED AIRSPACE OF A NEARBY ARPT WITHOUT CLRNC. CONTRIBUTING WAS COM CONFUSION WITH THE FAC PROVIDING THE RADAR VECTORS.

Narrative: I HAD BEEN IN CONTACT WITH ATC FACS ALL DURING THE FLT DOWN THE E COAST OF FL FROM MELBOURNE S AND HAD BEEN GIVEN A DISCRETE XPONDER CODE, XXXX (THE PLANE HAS AN ENCODING ALTIMETER) AND TOLD TO MAINTAIN VFR. AT PALM BEACH, APCH CTL HAD ME FLY DIRECT OVER THE ARPT AT 2000', THEN GAVE ME A HDG AND SAID TO CONTINUE S ALONG THE COAST. AT APPROX BOCA RATON, PALM BEACH TOLD ME TO CONTACT MIA APCH ON 119.7 WHICH I DID. MIA ACKNOWLEDGED MY CONTACT AND ASKED MY INTENTIONS. I SAID THAT I WANTED TO GO TO FXE AND LAND THERE. THEY ASKED ME TO SQUAWK YYYY. I CHANGED CODES AND PUSHED 'IDENT.' MIA THEN ADVISED RADAR CONTACT 3 MI S OF BOCA RATON. THE NEXT MIA XMISSION STATED THAT FXE ARPT WAS 10 MI, GAVE THE FXE ALTIMETER SETTING AND INSTRUCTED ME TO CONTACT FXE TWR ON 120.9. I CONTACTED FXE TWR AND WAS GIVEN A HDG. I WAS GIVEN INSTRUCTIONS TO CHANGE FREQ TO 119.3 WHICH I DID. I WAS THEN GIVEN A N HDG AND TOLD TO AGAIN CONTACT FXE TWR ON 120.9. I DID AND REQUESTED LNDG INSTRUCTIONS. THE RAPID XMISSION WAS HARD TO UNDERSTAND AND SOUNDED LIKE CLRNC TO LAND ON RWY 8. I CALLED BACK AND USING MY FULL CALL SIGN AGAIN ASKED VERIFICATION OF LNDG CLRNC. IT WAS GIVEN ANGRILY AND I LANDED W/O INCIDENT. UPON CLRING THE RWY, I CONTACTED GND AND RECEIVED TAXI INSTRUCTIONS TO TIE DOWN FACS. THIS WAS MY FIRST VISIT TO FORT LAUDERDALE.
