Narrative:
I [performed] the noise abatement flaps 3 improved takeoff and upon climbout the aircraft failed to pressurize. We ran the ECAM and flight manual procedures for: pressurization failure system 1; 2; overweight landing non-normal and diverted to a nearby maintenance station using captains authority to autoland at 148 knots. ATC; dispatch and station operations were all advised; flight attendants and passengers were informed.
