Narrative:

Aircraft 2 departure runway 27L with a right turn heading 320 degrees. Aircraft 1 departure runway 27R with instructions to fly runway heading. Aircraft 2 was well north of runway 27R at this time. Approximately 1/2 mi west of the airport, aircraft 1 was turned to a 340 degree heading. 5 mi northwest of the airport aircraft 1 and 2 crossed with less than standard separation. Aircraft 1 was originally first out. I wrote 340 degrees on the strip. The situation changed and aircraft 2 departed first. Aircraft 1 should have then been issued a 300 degree heading, but in my hurry I neglected to change the strip marking and when I turned him I just read what I had already written.
