Narrative:

Twenty to 25 miles south of albany, ny, 5500 to 6500' 5 degree C in light or no precipitation. Right engine failure. First officer was at controls. As we began shut down procedure left engine failed. Began a restart on left engine. Normal start, so we continued to alb. By the time left engine was started we were VMC. While both engines were out first officer started left turn towards columbia co airport. After left engine started with good ground speed I elected to continue toward alb. A normal visual approach was made.
