Narrative:

We have a new STAR into cyul. The arrival fix was abcot and now it is ebdot. Regardless of how carefully ATC enunciates and how closely we listen to the read back we are occasionally missing it. These fixes are too close in spelling and enunciation. In the situation I am referring to the aircraft had the new CARTER1 STAR but turned off of it and crossed abcot at 110 instead of ebdot at 110. I would recommend changing ebdot to something less similar to abcot.
