[The A320] was a handoff from ZJX and by LOA should have had bahaa hibac trv. The A320 was bahaa trv and got within a mile of sealord before he was pointed out. When I'm by myself never assume ZJX will give you every aircraft per LOA. Check every handoff flight plan. I [informed] ZJX of their error.
