Narrative:
We departed teb in the evening. We misread the ruudy four departure. It was a mistake on our part. We climbed to 2;000 feet too soon. Instead of crossing level at 1;500 feet at wentz intersection we were climbing on our way to be level at tasca at 2;000 feet. We were approximately 200 feet high at wentz.
