Narrative:
While following the FMS climb on the departure ATC asked us our altitude. We were a mile or to past wentz climbing out of 1;900 for 2;000 ft. ATC instructed us that we must cross wentz at 1;500. We know this and thought we did.

Title: HS125 Captain is admonished by ATC for crossing WENTZ above 1;500 FT on the RUUDY 4 from TEB. The reporter believed he had complied with the restriction.
