Narrative:

During descent we received a pitch mistrim message on the pfd. The captain then disconnected the autopilot to fix the problem. He stated that the elevator trim was stuck and would not move. He then called for an emergency checklist. I then ran the emergency check for jammed elevator trim. We declared an emergency with ATC; notified the passengers of the situation; and then landed uneventfully at our destination. Passengers left and we wrote up the aircraft.
