Narrative:

Had stable approach all the way down from 3;000 ft when cleared for the visual [runway] 18R at clt. Crew complied with all checklists and company SOP. We were on a stable approach to landing and while power was at idle in the flare with full flaps and less that 20 ft from ground (audible call from aircraft radio alt.) when wake turbulence was encountered causing the plane to balloon up and bank right a little more than 10 degrees. Made immediate call for go around and performed balked landing procedure. Captain made radio call once we were climbing and safe distance from ground. Tower instructed to climb to 4;000 ft and runway heading. Shortly after we received vectors for another approach; but asked for the center runway.
